摘要
对ISO/GB与AGMA标准下圆柱齿轮传动的设计计算方法进行了比较研究,较详细地分析了计算公式的特点及相关系数的含义与选取。研究表明,在齿轮传动CAD设计与结构优化方面,AGMA计算方法较ISO/GB易于实现;但两种计算标准的齿轮传动计算方法得出的结论均偏向保守。
Comparative study about the calculation of cylindrical gear drive design are processed between the standards of ISO/GB and AGMA,then the specialty of calculating formulas is researched and the meaning and selection of relative fators are investigated.The study indicates:compared with the calculation of ISO/GB,numeric design and frame optimization in gear drive are implemented conveniently with the one of AGMA,but the conclusions from the two calculation of spur gear drive design lean to conservation.
