摘要 面齿轮传动作为一种特殊的锥齿轮传动,在分流-汇流传动方面有着无可比拟的优势。通过对正交直齿面齿轮传动过程的建模仿真,利用正交实验法,并通过回归的手段建立了可用于面齿轮和小齿轮的接触应力和弯曲应力计算的强度模型。 As a special type of bevel gear drive, the face gear drive has a brightening prospect in aeronautics due to its excellent confluence and shunt transmission performance. Through the FEA simulation of orthogonal spur face gear drive, the strength models available in the calculation of contact stress and bending stress of face gear and pinion are established with the application of orthogonal experiment and regression.
