准双曲面齿轮冷摆辗加工新方案及其可行性分析 被引量:3

New Scheme of Cold Rotary Forging for Hypoid Gear and Its Feasibility

摘要 为了解决准双曲面齿轮冷摆辗技术存在的模具结构复杂、摆辗力相对较大等缺陷,提出了一种新型冷摆辗方案,它简化了模具结构,采用局部线接触连续塑性成形;为了证明这种方案的可行性,对梯形模具与轮齿的接触线进行了研究,发现其与成形法磨齿加工中砂轮与齿面的接触线完全重合;在UG6.0中建立三维仿真模型,并将其分别导入到ADAMS、DEFORM-3D软件中进行运动学、动力学和成形过程的数值模拟仿真.仿真结果证明了此方案的运动精确性. At present, the cold rotary forging technology of hypoid gears existing defects such as die structure is very complex and the required rotary forging force is bigger, the author put forward a new type cold rotary forging technology, it simplifies the die structure, adopts the local line contact continuous plastic forming. In order to prove the feasibility of this method, the author carry out research on the Contact line of trapezoidal die and tooth surface, the resut proves that it coincides the Contact line of formate grinding wheel and tooth surface. A 3D simulation model was builded in UG6. 0, then the 3D simulation model was imported into the softwarae of ADAMS and DEFORM-3D so as to carry out numerical simulation of kinematics, dynamics and forming process. The resut of the numerical simulation proves the movement accuracy of the method.
