摘要
以Vericut为平台,以具体实例对数控加工NC优化程序的加工效率及仿真后表面状况进行了比较分析,探讨了怎样充分利用此软件达到最佳加工效果的途径。结果证实了数控加工程序在经过Vericut优化后能大大地提高效率,并且能有效地指导编程员采用最合理的加工参数,服务于实际生产。
Both manufacture efficiency of NC manufacture optimized procedures and surface status after simulation are compared and analyzed by real instances at the platform of Vericut, and how to utilize this software to find out the route realizing optimal manufacture effect is discussed. The results show that NC manufacture efficiency can be largely improved by Vericut optimization, and it can effectively help programmer to use the optimal parameters, and then serve to the real manufacture.
