摘要
碰撞干涉检验是数控加工仿真的主要目的之一。文章解决了数控加工仿真中的自由曲面碰撞干涉的问题 :把碰撞干涉分为四种情况 ,对其分别提出不同的检验方法 ,并阐述了具体的解决方案。这些方法对 3 -5轴数控机床均适用。其中提出的刀具与曲面全局干涉的检查算法解决了求曲面到刀具最小距离的问题 。
The collision and interference checking is one main purpose of the NC process simulation. A novel method is proposed to solve the collision and interference of the free-form surfaces. The collision and interference is divided into two kinds of category and four types. The different examination methods are put forward respectively to four types. The unitive geometry model of End-mills is designed. Global interference cheching algorithm needs calculating the minimum distance from free-form surface to tool, which is solved by calculating the minimum distance from surface to axis of cutter. The methods in this paper apply to 3-5 axis NC machine tool.
