摘要
从国有建筑企业人力资源现状出发,归纳了企业人力资源管理存在的问题,提出国有建筑企业人力资源发展对策,并指出人力资源管理是提高企业人力资源素质、挖掘人力资源潜能、增强企业竞争力的重要途径。
Starting from present situation of human resource in station owned architecture industry, the paper concludes management problems of human resource in industry, it propose deveopling measures for human resource in station owned architecture industry, it also points out that human resource management is an important way to improve human quality, excavate human resource hiding ability and strengthen competing ability of industry.
