摘要
根据铁路建设项目及施工企业的特点,就女职工工作实践进行了论述,并总结出女职工工作面临的困惑,为此对如何改进女工工作提出了一些看法,从而较好地发挥女职工组织的作用。
According to the rail construction programs and the features of the construction enterprises, the paper indicates the working practice for female staff, sums up the puzzles in the work of female staff, and points out some opinions for how to improve their work, so as to exert the organization for female staff.
