从五个方面探讨了实现激励的途径,并阐述了人力资源管理中的激励原则,通过综合运用多种激励机制,真正建立起适应企业特色、时代特色和员工需求的激励体系,使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
This article discusses ways of realizing motivation from the five aspects, illustrates incentive principles of human resource management. By comprehensively using various incentive mechanisms, it really establishes motivational system which adapts to enterprise characteristics, time characteristics and employee needs, and finally helps enterprises to stay on top of the increasingly keen market competition.
