摘要
如果说教学是前沿阵地,那么,教学管理和评价就是运筹帷幄的指挥所,有怎样的教育思想、策略,就有怎样的教学现实。本阶段的调研作为本课题的终结,集中分析问卷调查数据,揭示欠发达地区初中教学管理与评价的现状,分析利弊并探究改良策略。
If the teaching is the forefront, then, the teaching management and the appraisal are command headquarters which map out strategies, and education thought and strategy decide teaching reality. As the end of this issue, this period investigation will embody a concentrated analysis of the data from the questionnaires, and reveal the present situation of undeveloped areas junior middle school teaching management and the appraisal, and analyse advantages and defects and pursues strategies for improvement.
