摘要
我国制造业的快速发展导致对人才的需求日益强烈,如何吸引和集聚人才成为制造业发展的关键。本文在分析制造业人才特点的基础上,提出了制造业人才集聚的三种模式,即政策引导型、产业吸引型和收益吸引型,并提出了促进制造业人才集聚的政策措施。
China＇ s manufacturing industry has been developing fast. As a result, there is a great need for manufacturing talents. It is critical for manufacturing industry to agglomerate talents. In this paper, we studied the characteristics of manufacturing talents, then put forward three models and strategies to agglomeration them.
