摘要
知识管理的理论假设和工具创新是一个不断发展变化的过程,通过对知识管理迭代关系的模型刻画,来揭示知识管理概念拓展和结构演变的内在逻辑,并据此提出第四代知识管理的新概念。这一概念是以集管理组织为分析框架,以知识联盟为实践载体,以协同增值为显著标志,以集商为特征内涵,可全面满足学习、知识、价值共享与协同实践网络的虚拟整合。其次,在此概念导向下,相应描述了一个应用支持的IT架构,即基于知识联盟应用集成的解决方案。
The theoretical assumption and implemental innovation of knowledge management is a continuous process of development and change via model scoring of iteration relation with knowledge management in order to unveil the concept development and internal logic of the structure evolution in knowledge management, and hereby new concept of the fourth generation knowledge management is put forward. This concept takes set quotient management organization for analytical framework, knowledge union for practice carrier, and collaboration increment for remarkable sign, moreover set quotient for characteristic connotation,can fully meet a sharing system including learning, knowledge, value and virtual integration with collaborative practice network. Next in the concept-oriented, an IT framework supported by application is correspondingly described, that is an applied integration solution based on knowledge union.
