Research on the Mechanism of Unsteady State of Scientific Research Big Data

摘要 [目的/意义]科研大数据非稳态是科研大数据发展过程的重要一环,对科研工作者来说既是机遇也是挑战,分析其内在机理对于激发科研主体的创新活力,推动科研大数据生态实现更高层级的稳态协同式发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]首先提出“科研大数据非稳态”的概念,然后对其特性进行分析,构建科研大数据非稳态模型,最后以此为基础探究科研大数据非稳态到稳态的转化路径。[结果/结论]科研大数据非稳态是一个以泛化性、阶跃性、重构性、双刃性、辐射性、多维性为特征,以科研基础条件变化、科研主体交互失衡、科研多元环境突变、科研数据流动异常为诱因,以时间维、空间维、主体维、客体维为核心维度,以应急阻断式路径、巡航交互式路径、以变应变式路径、节流分流式路径为转化路径,以影响系统转化发展为结果的不稳定的过渡过程。 [Purpose/significance]Unsteady state of scientific research big data is an important part of the development process of scientific research big data which is both an opportunity and a challenge for researchers.The analysis of its internal mechanism is of great significance to stimulate the innovation vitality of scientific research subjects and promote the steady-state collaborative development of big data ecology for scientific research at a higher level.[Method/process]The concept of unsteady state of scientific research big data is given,the characteristics of unsteady state of scientific research big data are analyzed,the model of unsteady state of scientific research big data is constructed,on the basis of which the transformation path of unsteady state of scientific research big data to steady state is explored.[Result/conclusion]The research shows that the unsteady state of scientific research big data is characterized by universality,step-change,reconstruction,double-edge and radiation and multi-dimensional.It is induced by the change of basic conditions of scientific research,the imbalance of interaction between scientific research subjects,the mutation of diversified environment of scientific research and abnormal flow of scientific research data.It takes time dimension,space dimension,subject dimension and object dimension as the core dimension.It is an unstable transition process that takes emergency blocking path,cruising interactive path,variable strain path and throttling and shunt path as transformation path,and affects the transformation and development of the system as a result.
