摘要
相对于文化柔性和硬性文化的概念 ,提出了“以不变的学习和适应能力应付万变的环境”的柔性文化 ,研究了柔性文化的内涵 ,并对其特征作以概略性描述。
The concept of flexible culture is established, which is different from the concept of cultural flexibility and the concept of stiff culture. The flexible system of the flexible strategy can be established based on the flexible culture. In order to fit the flexible strategy, flexible culture should has the characters of the clans culture,and should emphasize the organizational learning. Based on its nature, some dimensions of flexible culture's characters are discussed.
