摘要
服务型高等教育体系绩效评价是市场经济条件下地方政府间接管理教育的重要方式,是保障高等教育目标实现的有效途径。以应用型人才培养基地绩效评价为重点,构建了绩效评价指标体系的框架,并提出相应的对策。
Performance evaluation for the service higher education analysis is a measure to be controlled by the local government under the condition of market economy, and it is also a sound way to guarantee to achieve the objective of higher education. Focusing on the performance evaluation especially in the base of applied personnel training, this paper designs an index system frame for the performance evaluation ,and bring forward some relevant countermeasures.
