摘要
高等教育财政支出绩效评价是市场经济条件下国家间接管理的重要方式,是提高效率、保障高等教育目标实现的有效途径。本文在分析现状的基础上,构建了高教财政支出绩效评价指标体系的框架,并提出了相应的对策。
Performance evaluation of financial outlay in the higher education is an important measure in the state indirect management under the condition of market economy and an effective way to improve efficiency and guarantee the realization of objectives in the higher education. The paper, based on the analysis of the present situation, designs an index system framework for the performance evaluation and puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
