摘要
针对目前高校毕业生就业违约现象,本文从社会、就业市场、毕业生家庭及毕业生自身原因等方面,分析了违约现象发生的原因,从加强制度建设、加强诚信教育等方面提出了相应的对策。
Aiming at college students＂ employment infringement phenomenon, this paper analyzes its causes from the aspects of society, employment market, graduates families and graduates themselves, then points out some countermeasures such as strengthening system construction, implementing integrity education, etc.
