摘要
本文针对近年来研究生违约增多的现象 ,从社会、毕业生自身和用人单位三个层面对违约产生的原因进行了分析 ,研究了违约造成的弊端 ,提出了减少研究生违约的对策和措施。
Based on the rising breach of faith of postgraduates, the paper a nalyses the reason of society postgraduate and company. The paper studies the d isadvantages of breach of faith and puts forwards the measures to reduce the bre ach of faith of postgraduates.
