摘要
汉语旅游语篇英译中存在的"过度"和"不关注信息接受者"的现象是一个问题的两个方面。"过度"就是"不关注信息接受者"的表现,这与译者不了解汉英语言不同的修辞特点紧密相关。汉英语言不同的修辞特点要求译者在翻译汉语旅游语篇的过程中要注意视角的转换和调整,变"过度"为"适度",使译文符合英语语言的修辞要求,以得到目的语读者这一信息接受者的认同。
Being excessive and ignoring the information receivers in the translations of Chinese tourist texts are two sides of one problem. The latter finds its embodiment in the former. This phenomenon is closely related to the translators' ignorance of different rhetorical features of Chinese and English, which requires translators to shift their perspectives in the process of translation and take target readers' needs into consideration. Adjustments should be made to change excessive texts into moderate ones to conform to the English rhetorical features and also meet the needs of target readers.
