摘要
取代苯肼与乙酰丙酮经过缩合反应合成取代苯基吡唑.取代苯基吡唑在Vilsmeier-Haak反应条件下,得到取代苯基吡唑醛.取代苯基吡唑醛与邻氨基苯酚作用生成取代苯基吡唑醛缩邻氨基酚Schiff碱.这些化合物的结构经IR光谱、质谱和1HNMR确认.
Four new Schiff bases were synthesized by cyclization of acetylacetone with substituted phenylhydrazine, followed by formylation under Vilsmeier-Haak reaction condition to give the corresponding aldehydes, which farther reacted with o-aminophenol to get the target Schiff bases. All the compounds were characterized by IR, mass spectra and ^1H NMR.
