摘要
室温下,1-乙酰基薁-3-甲酸甲酯与N,N-二甲酰胺缩甲醛缩合后再与肼或苯肼反应,合成了6个新的1-(3-吡唑基)薁类衍生物,其结构经1HNMR,MS和元素分析表征。并对反应机理进行了探讨。
Six novel methyl 1-(pyrazol-3-yl)-azulene-3-carhoxylates derivatives were synthesized by the condensation of methyl 1-acetylazulene-3-carhoxylate with formamide dimethylacetal and then reaction with hydrazine or phenyl hydrazine. The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
