摘要
近年来稠杂环化合物的合成及其生物活性的研究日益成为杂环化学研究的热门课题.3,6-二取代-1,2,4-三唑并噻二唑衍生物是具有广谱生物活性的稠杂环化合物,如抗菌、消炎、杀微生物、调节植物生长、除草[1-4]等,因而引起各国化学家的广泛兴趣.此类化合物的生物活性,取决于该稠环体系含有1,2,4-三唑并噻二唑基本骨架,但稠环上取代基对于提高功效的作用同样不可忽视.
1,2,4 - triazolo [ 3,4 - b] - 1,3,4 - thiadiazoles have been attached great importance because of their special biological activities. Twelve compounds have been prepared by reacting equal mole of 3 - alkyl/aryl - 4 - amino - 5 - mercapto - 1,2,4 - triazoles and 1 - phenyl - 3 - methyl - 5 - chloro pyrazole - 4 - carboxylic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride at 100 - 115℃ for 7h. The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR. Their spectral properties were also discussed.
