论述了大米品质改良在我国的实际意义。分析了大米品质的影响因素和品质改良的方法。提出了大米品质改良的初步思路。
The real significance of improving white rice quality in our country was described. The influence factors of white rice quality and methods for improving white rice quality were analysed. The tentative idea of improving white rice quality was put forward.
