摘要
机体机能状态紊乱是疾病产生的根源。在现代医学中用整体观观察认识疾病在机体发生的早期阶段由"细胞器质性改变"所引起的机能状态紊乱。研究发现这一机能改变表现于多系统、多器官组织细胞的代谢障碍,主要是能量代谢障碍,而导致细胞超微结构发生的"细胞器质性改变",从而引起细胞功能异常或降低,它是疾病的早期发展阶段,久而久之发展为临床明显的"疾病"的结果。应用中医的理论的观点它属于"阴阳平衡失调",《内经》认为阴阳二气是宇宙万物和人体生命的根本。在临床对疾病治疗上需要从调整机能状态上和调整阴阳平衡上着手,便会达到意想不到神奇的疗效。
The origin of disease is functional condition disorder in organism. The cell qualitative alteration that caused functional condition disorder in organism originated commitment. The study find these alterations showed histiooytic dysbolism in multisystem and organs. The main changes were energy dysbolism to lead cell fine structure change. So took place the cell qualitative alteration that caused the cell disfunction or degrade. It was the disease earlier period of development stage. It could become the clinical visible disease. It belongs to imbalance between yin and yang in Chinese medical science. The Neijing thought that yin - yang was the root of life of body and all things of universe. It need to adjust the function state and regulation of yin and yang to treat disease in clinic. It would be magical curative effect.
