摘要
总结名老中医邱志楠教授学术经验,指出肺纤维化中医病名属于肺痹范畴,治疗上可分为原发性或继发性不同辨证治疗,同时也应结合早期(肺泡期)与后期(纤维化期)不同分期论治;提倡中医早期介入治疗;认识到伏邪入络贯穿疾病病机全程,善于运用虫类药治疗;并创制天龙喘咳灵胶囊,治疗效果佳。
We summarized the academic experience of famous veteran TCM doctor Prof. Qiu Zhinan. Professor Qiu pointed out that the TCM name of pulmonary fibrosis belonged to the category of lung-bi-syndrome, and it can be divided into idiopathic or secondary for dis-tinct syndrome differentiation and treatment. At the same time, different stages, i.e., early stage（alveolar stage） and advanced stage（fi-brosis stage） should be taken into consideration in therapy. Early intervention by TCM was recommended; the pathological mechanism of ＂ Latent evil entering collaterals＂ is present throughout the course of disease. Prof. Qiu is good at treating this disease by using insect drugs; and he invented Tianlong Kechuanling capsule, whose therapeutic effect is prominent.
