摘要
目的探讨运脾补肺汤联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者的效果及对血清SOD、MDA水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将76例慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者随机分为2组,对照组给予沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗;观察组给予运脾补肺汤联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,观察2组治疗效果及治疗前后肺功能、血清SOD和MDA水平变化。结果观察组总有效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1、FVC和PEF均比治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),观察组治疗后肺功能指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后SOD水平比治疗前均显著升高(P均<0.05),MDA水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后血清SOD、MDA水平改善效果明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运脾补肺汤联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者效果显著,且可以显著改善肺功能和血清SOD、MDA水平,安全高效。
Objective It is to explore the effect of curative effect of Bupi Yunfei decoction combined with Salbutamol by aerosol inhalation on chronic persistent bronchial asthma and on the serum levels of SOD and MDA. Methods 76 patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group treated with Bupi Yunfei decoction combined with Salbutamol by aerosol inhalation and control group treated with Salbutamol by aerosol inhalation. The treatment effect and the changes of lung function,serum levels of SOD and MDA before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,FEV1,FVC and PEF significantly increased in observation group（ P〈 0. 05）,but no obvious change of these indexes was found in control group（ P〉0. 05）. The improvements of lung function in observation group were better than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The level of SOD increased while that of MDA decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment in both groups,and the increase or decrease in observation group were more significant（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in side effect between the two groups. Conclusion Yunpi Bufei decoction combined with Salbutamol by aerosol inhalation has a good curative effect on chronic persistent bronchial asthma,which can significantly improve lung function,serum levels of SOD and MDA with high safety and good effect.
