摘要
本文在对道德关怀和精神重建进行内涵界定的基础上,提出道德关怀是帮助灾区儿童实现精神重建的有效策略;平等、理解和对话是道德关怀的实施基础和重要原则;全面和谐发展是对灾区儿童实施道德关怀的终极目的。
Based on the analysis of definition of moral care and spiritual rebuilding, this paper points out that moral care will be an effective strategy helping children in the disaster areas achieve spiritual rebuilding. In addition,equality, understanding and dialogue should be important principles and the basis for the implementation of moral care. And comprehensive and harmonious development will be the ultimate goal of moral care for the children in the disaster areas.
