摘要
灾疫伦理学所探讨的根本内容,是如何为当代灾疫防治和灾疫后重建提供全新的伦理认知、伦理人性和伦理方法论;为此,它所必须解决的核心问题是灾疫制度重建。在此基础上,灾疫伦理研究展开为时间和空间两个序列:在时间序列上,灾疫预防伦理研究、灾疫预警伦理研究和灾疫后重建伦理研究构成其基本内容;在空间序列上,灾疫生态环境伦理、灾疫生命伦理、灾疫生境-家园重建伦理、灾疫康复伦理和灾疫教育伦理,此五者构成了灾疫伦理学的完整表述。
The basic content of the ethics of epidemic-disease is to provide new ethic cognition,ethic human nature,and ethic methodology for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases and the re-construction followed. Therefore, the key points of the ethics of epidemic-disease are how to re-construct the system of epidemic diseases. The related research should be carried out on the dimensions of time and space. On the dimension of time, the ethics concerned should explore such issues as preventing the epidemic diseases, early warning, or the re-construction followed;on the dimension of space, the ethics concerned should explore such issues as ecological environment, life, reconstruction of eco-homeland, recuperation,and education.
