摘要
从采自黑龙江省植物园的茶条槭(Acer ginnala Maxim.)的种子和枝条中分离内生真菌,用形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定分离菌株,应用高效液相色谱法检测内生真菌中没食子酸含量。结果从分离得到的链格孢属(Alternaria)菌株中选出没食子酸含量为9.52mg/g的高产菌株CP11。
The seeds and branches of Acer ginnala Maxim from Heilongjiang Provincial Arboretum were used to isolate endophytic fungi. As a result, 57 isolates belonging to Alternaria were obtained which were identified by both the morphological characteristics and the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequertces. The isolate CP11 had the content of 9.52 mg/g in gallic acid, determined by the highly effective liquid chromatography ( HPLC).
