摘要
课题组在远程教育原有学习支持服务系统的基础上,从三个方面探讨了学习支持服务的有效性策略,首先以学习者为中心,增加信息服务渠道,让师生交流畅通;其次是整合校内资源,进行流程改造,简化服务流程,让学生享受便捷高质量的服务;第三,倡导科学的远程开放教育的学习观,帮助学生优化学习策略,提升学习者自主学习能力。学习支持服务系统的有效性提高体现在目标学习群体的辍学率降低,学习者对学习支持服务的满意度提高。
Based on the original distance education learning support system, the research group explored the effective strategies of learning support system from three aspects. Firstly, the student-centered system can broaden the service channels and make the teacher-student communication more unblocked. Secondly, resource integration, service flow-chart adaptation and sim- plification enable students to enjoy convenient and high-quality service. Thirdly, advocation of learning viewpoint of scientific dislance education can help students optimize their learning strategies and enhance their autonomous learning capabilities. The effectiveness of learning support system is mainly embodied by the low dropout rate of target learners and great satisfaction to this system.
