摘要
发展网络教育是教育适应新的经济形势和社会需求的必然趋势。网络教育几乎可以涵盖当前所有的教育层次,本文着重探讨在高等教育及继续教育层面上发展网络教育应认真思考与对待的问题。
The development of networked education is a necessary trend for education in adapting of itself to needs of economic and social development.Networked education covers almost all levels of the existing edu-cation.The paper examines the issues need to be thinking and solved in higher education and continuing ed-ucation.
