摘要
采用一模多孔,解决目前单轮槽Conform连续挤压法生产小截面型材存在的问题。通过多根出料,提高了产量,提高了腔体等的寿命,减少了溢料,综合起来比原单头方式降低生产成本,具有较强的实用价值。
One die with four holes is adopted. The problem of small bore sectional bar conform with groove conform machine is settled by using one die with four holes measure. The production and die life are improved with four holes die. And the flash could be reduced. In a word, cost of the small bore sectional bar production would be decreased, so this way has value in practice.
