摘要
针对铜母线连续挤压扩展成形过程,采用刚-粘塑性有限元法,基于Deform3D软件平台,进行三维有限元数值模拟,以揭示金属的塑性变形行为,从而为模具设计提供理论依据。通过有限元模拟,获得了铜母线连续挤压扩展成形过程的金属流动过程和详尽的应力场、应变场、温度场和速度场分布,并分析了成形的物理场分布与实际变形过程的关系,初步得到了工模具结构的改进方案。
In this paper, the copper busbar CONFORM extending-forming process is simulated by DEFORM software using three dimensional rigid-viscidity plasticity finite element method (FEM) to indicate metal forming mechanism. The metal flow patterns and distributions of stress-effective, strain-effective, temperature and velocity fields are described in detail. Also, the relationship between physical fields of metal forming and real deformation is analyzed in order to provide the theoretical principle for die design and making reasonable metal forming process.
