低温液体CO_2储罐母材开裂原因分析及缺陷处理

摘要 本文对某低温液体CO2储罐在服役过程中母材开裂的原因进行了分析,得出钢板表面夹杂为开裂的主要原因,并简述了钢板常见缺陷。依据压力容器定期检验规则制定了裂纹缺陷处理方案,结合低温压力容器的特点,从选材、制造和检验过程提出了相应的预防措施。 This paper analyzes the cause of the base metal cracking of a cryogenic liquid tank of CO~, concludes that the main reason is surface inclusion, and briefly introduces the common defects of steel plate. The solution to the crack defects is formulated according to pressure vessels periodical inspection regulation. Also, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward from material selection, manufacturing and inspection processes combined with the characteristics of low temperature pressure vessels.
