摘要
现有的液压挖掘机功率匹配方法由于负载工况的剧烈波动和不可预知性,导致动力源工作点很大部分分布于高油耗区域,动力源本身效率无法得到提高,从而影响了整机效率。为此,提出了一种基于混合动力技术的液压挖掘机全局功率匹配与动力源优化的综合控制策略。该策略以传统功率匹配方法为基础,结合混合动力的特点,在实现动力源、液压泵和负载三者功率匹配的同时,优化动力源的工作点,提高整机的燃油经济性。试验表明采用该策略的液压挖掘机能够实现全局功率匹配,同时减小了发动机的转速波动,使其工作在高燃油效率区域,提高了整机的燃油经济性。
Because of the sharp fluctuation of the load condition, the working points of the engine are mostly distributed in the high fuel consumption area. This causes low fuel economy of the power source and is the main reason of high power losses in conventional hydraulic excavators. In order to solve this problem, a new control strategy based on hybrid technology was presented. Its target was to achieve power matching and optimize the working condition of the power sources simultaneously. Experimental results show that the control strategy can realize the target. It reduce the speed fluctuation and optimize the working points of the engine. Meanwhile, it achieves higher fuel economy than conventional methods.
