摘要 利用PIC系列单片机,采用参数在线PID控制方法设计了一种发动机油门控制器。该控器在不需要执行机构精确数学模型的条件下,能根据设定值与测量值的偏差自动改变算法,实现对发动机油门开度的精确闭环电子控制。介绍了该系统的总体方案设计、在线PID参数的调节方法,并对系统的软件、硬件作了比较详细的论述。试验结果表明:该油门控制器响应速度快、超调量小、跟踪误差小,鲁棒性好。 Based on PIC16C73B single-chip microcomputer and PID control method with self-adjusting on-line parameters, an engine throttle controller was developed, which can auto-regulate the algorithm according to the deviation between the set value and the measured value, and realized the closed-loop control for the position of engine throttle independent on the accurate mathematic model of the actuator. The overall design of the system and the on-line adjusting method of PID parameters were described, the software and hardware were discussed in detail. Experimental results showed that the controller is characterized by high response speed, small overshoot and tracking error, and good robustness.
