摘要
就液压挖掘机中常见的三档功率模式 ,详细地阐述了泵与发动机的匹配原理及其实现方法 ,分析了负荷传感系统的特点 ,阐明了负荷传感控制与泵、发动机匹配相矛盾的实质 ,提出了在保留泵与发动机匹配时应舍弃负荷传感控制的论点 ,对于泵与发动机匹配时的液压回路进行了较深的探讨 ,提出了由计算机依据泵与发动机匹配的原则 ,通过主阀自动调节和分配各执行器流量和功率的新的学术思想 ,推导了相关的公式。
As for hydraulic excavator routine three lever power models,pump engine match principles and realization methods are expounded,then the characteristics of load sense system are analyzed,and the conflict between load sense control and pump engine match is clarified.The hydraulic system based on pump engine match is proposed,furthermore the new viewpoint,the computer automatic regulating flow and power of all motion components with main control valve according to pump engine match principle,is proposed for the first time and some formulations are deduced.
