摘要
通过对目前广泛应用于液压挖掘机的几种节能控制方法的深入分析,提出了一种基于转差分频原理的挖掘机联合功率匹配节能控制方法,研究了负流量控制系统联合功率匹配的机理,探讨了转差分频原理在液压挖掘机上的工程实现。
In this paper, a novel excavator energy-saving control system is introduced, named excavator power combination control algorithm, which utilizes rotate speed and differential conversion technique synergistically. A negative flow control system combine power self-adaption has been developed, and the system is also realized in hydraulic excavator.
