摘要 转录因子NF-E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是机体内一个重要的保护性转录分子,广泛分布于机体的各个器官中。在生理状态下,Nrf2以非活性形式存在于细胞质内;当机体处于应激状态时被激活,并通过多种途径来增强机体的抗氧化、解毒、抗凋亡等功能。其中,以Nrf2和抗氧化转录元件(ARE)为核心的Nrf2-ARE信号路径就是Nrf2增强机体抗氧化、解毒功能最重要的保护性信号路径。文章对有关Nrf2-ARE信号路径细胞保护作用的研究进展进行综述。 Nuclear factor erythroid2-related factor 2(Nrf2) is an important protective transcription factor that generally exists in various organisms and cellules.Normally,it is sequestered in the cytoplasm.Environmental stress can activate its signal factor,lead to its nuclear translocation,and enhance the anti-oxidation,deintoxication and anti-apoptosis function of the organism,for which the Nrf2-antioxidant response element(Nrf2-ARE) signaling pathway is one of the most important protective ones.This article updates the cytoprotective effect of Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway.
