摘要
牛蒡为菊科牛蒡属2年生草本植物,是中国古老的药食两用植物。牛蒡有抗菌、抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、扩血管、改善动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤、抗突变及免疫调节等作用,具有潜在应用价值。笔者就牛蒡主要的化学成分及其对心血管疾病保护作用相关研究进行综述。
Burdock(Arctium lappa L.)is a biennial herbaceous plant of compositae genus arctium,which is an ancient medicinal and edible plant in China.Burdock has antibacterial,anti-oxidant,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,vasodilatory,atherosclerosis-improving,antitumor,antimutagenic,and immunomodulatory functions,and it has potential application value.The main chemical constituents of burdock and their protective effects on cardiovascular diseases are reviewed in this article.
