摘要
心室重构是多种损伤因素作用于心脏,引起心脏的代谢、结构及功能改变,它不仅是一种心脏损伤的结果,也是引起心律失常、心力衰竭、猝死等心血管疾病的基础。而核因子-κB是一个转录因子蛋白家族成员,通过多种信号路径,参与机体炎症、氧化应激反应、组织损伤、细胞分化和凋亡等过程的基因调控,目前有大量研究表明核因子-κB在心室重构中有重要作用,现就核因子-κB参与心室重构的研究进展做一综述。
A variety of injury factors affect the heart,and lead to ventricular remodeling,changes in metabolism rates,structure and function of the heart. Ventricular remodeling is not only the result of injuries,but also the reason of arrhythmia,heart failure,sudden cardiac death and other cardiovascular disease. Nuclear factor-κB is a member of the family of transcription factor protein,and through a variety of signal pathways and is involved in gene regulation,such as inflammation,oxidative stress reaction and tissue injury,cell differentiation and apoptosis. Several studies have shown that nuclear factor-κB plays an important role in ventricular remodeling. This is a review concerning the progress of nuclear factor-κB participating in ventricular remodeling.
