摘要
近年来,教师专业化发展日趋成为人们关注的焦点和当代教育改革的中心问题之一。高等师范院校作为培养教师的摇篮,对于推动我国教师职业专业化承载着不可推卸的责任。对此,本文阐述了高等师范教育教师专业化培养不充分的原因,即高等师范院校教育学科课程结构不合理和教育实习形式化,并针对这一观点提出了相应的改革对策。
Teacher professionalism has become a key point in educational reform in recent years. Normal universities and colleges bear a heavy responsibility for promoting teacher vocational professionalism. This paper expounds the problems that cause the inadequacy in teacher pro(essionalism: unreasonable course structure and the formality of educational practice. It also raises the correlative reform countermeasures.
