摘要
随着科学技术的发展和新兴产业的涌现,职业院校教师专业化培养已经成为世界职业教育和社会发展的潮流,发达国家极为重视。在新的形势下,要建设一支在质量和数量上都适应经济全球化的、有中国特色的高职院校教师队伍,必须学习和借鉴经济发达国家的成功经验,走教师专业化培养之路。
With the development of science and technology and the emergence of new industries, the specialized training fro teachers from vocational colleges has become a worldwide trend of social developmentr and vocational education. And the developed countries attached great importance. In the new situation, if we want to build a team of college teachers with Chinese characteristics on the quality and quantity adapting to economic globalization, we must learn from the successful experience of developed economies and follow the path of development of specialized teachers.
