摘要
分析了河南省高等师范院校关于未来中学物理教师培养培训的实际现状,指出了其中所存在的问题,针对中学物理教师专业化培养的要求,在人才培养目标、课程体系、人才培养模式、教师资格证考核办法、实践教学、职前职后一体化培养等方面提出了改革意见,为下一步制订详细的改革措施奠定了基础.
This thesis analyzes the actual conditions of the cultivation and training for future middle school physics teachers in normal universities in Henan Province and points out the problems which exists. At the same time,it puts forward the reform suggestions in the aspects of objectives of talent cultivation,curriculum system,personnel training mode,assessment methods of teachers＇ qualification,practical teaching and the integration of vocational training; which can lay the foundation for the next detailed reforms.
