摘要
根据实践经验提出对网络架构和网络设备、PLC设备及组态、报警及画面等方面的要求;介绍某发电厂的应用实例,对比了辅助车间常规运行模式与集控运行模式,明显看出采用集控方式运行达到了减人增效的目的;对多台机组电厂的辅控网构成、控制设备选取、双机热备等一些影响辅控网可靠性及投资成本的难点问题进行了分析;提出了在实施过程中应注意的若干问题,包括重视现场一次设备的可靠性,解决输煤控制系统监视及通信问题,选择有经验的辅助车间程控系统及控制网络集成厂家,提高运行维护人员的技术水平等。
Based on practical experiences, the specific requirements were proposed for network structure and network equipment, PLC equipment and configuration, alarm and screen display etc. The application of such technical solution in a power plant was introduced. Compared with conventional BOP operation mode, the centralized control operation is superior in labor reduction and efficiency increasing. Key issues 'affecting the system reliability and investment cost were analyzed, covering the composition of BOP control network, selection of control equipment and PLC Hot Standby. Several problems in implementation were proposed such as placing emphasis on the reliability of primary equipment on site, solving the supervising and communication in coal conveying control system, selecting experienced manufacturers of BOP control system and control network integration, and improving the technical skills of operation and maintenance personnel.
