电站补给水控制系统中现场总线的集成技术

摘要 电站辅助生产系统的控制模式已经从孤立系统架构转向网络化互联架构,提出一种以PLC为控制站的分布式控制平台(IAP),并融合现场总线技术,可在大型电站的锅炉补给水控制系统中应用的体系架构。基于数字通讯信号的现场总线和基于模拟信号的输入输出的组态是建立在同构技术的基础之上,简化了现场总线的程序设计方法。结合实际工程项目,以补给水控制系统中的电磁阀岛、智能检测仪表为示例,证明了现场总线集成技术的成功应用。 Control model of auxiliary production system of power station has transfromed from isolated system architec- ture to network architecture. A system architecture which can be used in the boiler make-up water control system of large power station is put forword, and this architecture uses PLC as the distributed platform (IAP) of the control station, and integrates fieldbus technology. The configuration of input and output which bases on digital communication signals field- bus and analog signals is based on the isomorphism techonlogy, and it simplifies the programming method of field- bus. Combining with practical engineering projects, the electromagnetic valve island, intelligent instrument in the make-up water control system are used as examples to discuss the principle of fieldbus program graphic configuration technology.
