摘要
介绍了电厂辅助车间的特点和监控现状,论述了辅助车间集中控制的设计原则和应达到的自动化水平。针对辅助车间集中控制的3个方案,着重分析了可编程控制器(PLC)/上位机方案中的联网方案、分散控制系统(DCS)方案中DCS适应辅助车间集中控制的功能特点、现场总线控制系统(FCS)方案中现场设备信息化对辅助车间集中控制具有的优势。从工程业绩、过程控制能力、集中控制系统建设、不同系统间集成等方面对控制方案进行了对比,指出了以DCS为基础、结合现场总线的应用是辅助车间集中控制的发展方向。
The characteristics of BOP and present supervisory conditions of the thermal power plants are introduced. The design principle and automation level to be achieved for BOP are presented. The network connection scheme in PLC/host computer scheme, functional characteristics of DCS adapting to BOP centralized control in DCS scheme, and the advantages of field device infnrmationization for BOP centralized control in FCS scheme are emphatically analyzed according to the 3 modes of BOP centralized control. Comparisons among the 3 control schemes are made from the engineering achievements, process control abilities, construction of the centralized control system and the integration of alien systems. The development orientation of BOP centralized control was pointed out, which is based on DCS with the combination of FCS.
