摘要
为观察宁夏枸杞(LbL)对大鼠肝脏的影响,用四氯化碳(CCl4)诱发大鼠肝脂质过氧化。结果LbL在高剂量(0.7g/100gBW)及低剂量(0.35g/100gBW)均能明显降低肝脏中丙二醛含量并提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。提示LbL能减轻生物体内脂质过氧化损伤,其保肝作用的机理是减少自由基的产生。
Lipid peroxidation was induced in wistar rat liver by carben tetrachloride (CCl 4) for studying the effect of LbL on the liver. The results showed the malonic dialdehyde content was reduced and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was increased by LbL at both concentration of 0.7g/100g BW and 0.35g/100g BW. It indicated the mechanism of LbL protecting the rat liver from the lipid peroxidation injury was related to reduced the free radical.
