摘要
目的探讨黄芪、枸杞对氟中毒小鼠肝、肾、血液的保护作用。方法饲喂60天复制氟中毒模型,随机将小鼠分为三组:氟中毒组、黄芪组、枸杞组,继续饲喂10天后断头取血、组织检测结果。SOD活性用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定,超微结构观察用H-700H透射电子显微镜观察。结果两种中药不同程度的使氟中毒大鼠的SOD活性增高,能够修复细胞线粒体损伤,减轻了慢性氟中毒症状。结论本研究能够为慢性氟中毒的药物研制提供一定理论基础。
Objective To study the interaction of fluoride and selenium in whole blood and tissues of sheep in the antioxidant enzymes. Methods selecte 16 healthy Mongolian rams, Weight 35 ± 1.4 kg, Randomly divided into four groups, Four sheep for a group of, Take the whole blood and tissue antioxidant enzyme activity determination. Results Fluoride reduces the blood], tissue SOD, GSH-Px activity, A certain concentration of selenium increased SOD, GSH-Px activity. Conclusion Amount of fluorine and selenium intake is conducive to the health of the body,Selenium in a certain range of concentration of fluoride-induced lipid peroxidation from antagonism.
