摘要
当代欧美国家公民教育正处于一个深刻的变革时期。这主要表现在几个方面:公民教育理念与国家认同的转型;原则共识与清晰政策框架的重构;课程地位的明确定位:民主教学的凸显及其方法上的不断革新;专业化的教师培训以及评价基准与规范的探索等。这些变革为处于转型时期一些国家的公民教育的重构与发展提供了借鉴经验。
The contemporary civic education in European and American countries is just in the period of the profound changes.It is mainly presented in the following aspects:the transformation of the civic educational ideas and the national identification;the reconstruction of of the common views for principles and a clear framework of policies;the clear definition of the curriculum position;the protrusion of the democratic instruction and its continuous innovation of the methods;the professional teachers' training and the exploration of the evaluation standards and norms and so on.All these changes have provided the experiences for reference and the possible choices for the reconstruction and development of civic education of the countries in the period of transformation.
