摘要
磨煤机和煤粉分离器是锅炉制粉系统重要的设备,选择磨煤机主要依据煤的特性,其中以挥发分Vdaf、水分Maf、可磨性系数Khm、磨损指数Ke及由它们决定的煤粉细度R90为主选择。而煤粉分离器一般根据磨煤机的型式选择。国电聊城发电有限公司2×600MW超临界锅炉双进双出冷一次风正压直吹式制粉系统配置了动静态煤粉分离器。文章介绍了双进双出钢球磨煤机配置动静态分离器的选型分析,并对制粉系统性能进行初步分析。
Coal mill and separator are key equipment to a boiler pulverizing system.Key criteria for coal mills mainly depend on the characters of the coal,including volatile content,water content,grindability coefficient,wear index,and fineness of pulverized coal.However,the selection of separator is based on mill type.The double-inlet/outlet primary air positive pressure direct blow pulverizing systems of the 2×600 MW USC boilers of Liaocheng Power Co.are equipped with dynamic and static separators.The selection of separator for ball mills with dual-in/out is introduced.Pulverizing system performance is analyzed preliminarily.
